Fuel filter fuel lines won't come off
Ive had that same problem before with the aluminum 5/16 disconnect tool and i had to use a dremmel tool and file down the edge of it to work on my mustang and i use it on the eb explorer. you would think the aluminum tool is a better quality but i now use the plastic one as it fits better. if...- jayss

96 Explorer brake issue
did the same thing on my 96 EB two wheel drive changing the bearings on the the front. didnt have your problem but later the abs started kicking in and it was the sensor the t went bad.like rodman said drive it for a while and see what happens- jayss

I would never buy kyb they suck hard, no offence but that is what they put on my ml 320 Mercedes and replaced them with bilsteins they are great and should last a lone time. my ford explorer has bilsteins and are going strong after 70,000 miles, but i have multi vehicles and dont drive one all...- jayss

yes you can do it with the heads off, but did you pinpoint where the leak is coming from.If air is coming out of the exhaust system your exhaust pipe its exhaust valve. air comming out your throttle body bad intake valve or seat, air coming out the crankcase is a ring ,but that is not your...- jayss

sounds like you are having a fun time,as for checking your valves after removing them we always checked them on polished piece of glass as it is usally very smooth. we went to a glass place and had one made and they checked it for us, but could use a table top to roll it across to see if you see...- jayss
