    No GPS and Satellite Antenna Fault

    Have a Sirius subscription and had received the activation email from Sirius. That is when I saw the Satellite Antenna Fault. And yes, I have navigation in my Sync 3 radio (I have the Nav icon). When the map comes up, according to that, I am in China and I have a slash across the GPS symbol.

    No GPS and Satellite Antenna Fault

    Just bought a used 2017 Explorer. Tried to activate Sirius and got a Satellite Antenna Fault. Also noticed that the Nav was indicating no GPS. AM and FM work like a champ. Have replaced the shark fin antenna in hopes that the problem would be solved, but my hopes were shattered. Same issues...
