Water Leak
I received my Ex a few days ago and the dealership claims to have solve the problem. This was the third time my ex was in for the same thing (water leak). I am a little more optimistic this time, since they had it taken to a specialist shop that drop the headliner. Why they never did this...- tony89

Water Leak
Mine also only leaks when I take it out for a ride after heavy rains. It seems the water collects somewhere and then shifts when the vehicle moves causing the accumulated water to leak. Do you have a sunroof? I have read this might be a possible source of water not draining properly through the...- tony89

Water Leak
Unfortunately, I am taking my vehicle in for the third time for the same leak in the same area. I will be looking at the Lemon Law this evening since my vehicle still qualifies. Anyone done this and what advise can you provide?- tony89

Why spend $30 when it is free (under manufacture warranty). But then again, that would make sense.- tony89

Water Leak
I got my Explorer back again. Like I was told before ( and everyone in this forum has been saying), was told that they solve my leak problem. Did the same thing as the first time, but allegedly missed it the first time around (after I was assured the leak problem was resolved). We have rains...- tony89

Water Leak
Crystal, I have been in contact with the dealership. Would it not be wise for Ford Dealership to have some sort of database that collects vehicle data (i.e. water leaks) to determine extent of issue? Additionally, if a dealership resolves the issue, other dealerships can pull from the database...- tony89

Water Leak
We had rain today and it leaked, again. I will be taking the explorer back to the dealership. It seems to be leaking from the same area (driver side rear corner window area). Cannot seem to be able to narrow it down unless the quarter panel by the rear gets removed by the dealership. I hope none...- tony89

Water Leak
I just got back my explorer today after being in the shop since Monday. Like everyone here is reporting, they found no leak after putting it through numerous washes. It's frustrating that the issue (leak) was not resolved.- tony89

Water Leak
We had some heavy rains this past Friday. On Saturday morning when I was removing my daughter's stroller, I noticed water drops on the side of the third seat row (driver side rear). I touched the top panel just above and it was soaking wet. The spare tire cover is also soaked. I have had my 2011...- tony89
