LOL...must have struck a nerve. No need to be hateful. Rearview Camera Problems
Camera problems not specific to 2011. Our 2013 camera starting going intermittent with just over 36k miles. Dealer said out of warranty and extended warranty wouldn't cover either. Contacted Ford Service. Exchanged voice mails with CSM a few times then they stopped calling me all together...- Oscar064R

Hello. I wish I would have stumbled across this forum earlier but... My wife's 2013 at 36,600 mi just started having the backup camera issue many others have had. Works about 50% of the time and other times I get the black screen with "...contact dealership". So we took it in this morning...- Oscar064R
