Haven't been on here in a while but just wanted to give an update. My 2011 4wd Explorer XLT has just hit over 30,000 miles. I have now recently started to smell the exhaust accelerating to lower speeds. Up to 40 mph to be exact. This was not under hard acceleration either like when I noticed...- Arc446

Yep. Got Crystal involved and she got the regional rep for my area involved. He's the one who also couldn't find the TSB. It would be rather funny if it wasn't so darn pathetic. I will most likely print it off for them as well. However They apparently have to smell the problem first before doing...- Arc446

Glad to hear your smell seems to be resolved. I take mine into the dealer again on Monday for a ride a long. Too bad Texas is too far or me to drive right now because I'd take it to your dealer !!! All my dealer has done so far has been given me the "deer in the headlights " look when I describe...- Arc446

Bad or Burnt Exhaust smell in cabin during hard acceleration.
Can someone give me the TSB # for the fix on this problem???.. I spoke to the Regional CSM for this area today and lo and behold he couldn't seem to find it. The dealers can't manage to replicate the smell and until they can, nothing can be done apparently.- Arc446
