All "cop car" wheels are are the spare cheap wheels that come with the normal cars. Just get 3 spare wheels and use your own spare. Itll be cheaper.

I can look for it later today to make sure, I think it had something to do about Texas being its own country at one time. Texas is also the only state in the USA that can fly its state flag at the same height as the American flag.

Last I knew, at any point in time, TEXAS can break itself up into 11 separate states without the govts permission. But then again I may be completely wrong.
