I know that this company makes tires for quads, my friend just told me that they have a mud terrain tire out now. He can get me a deal on the tires, but I wanted to know if anyone has heard anything about these. I've heard good and bad????

How do the shackles affect the ride? I do want it to be a little higher in the front, so that sounds better to me...

Maybe it's a So. Cali. thing. I've showed quite a few people your X and I've gotten suggestions from a lot of my friends on what to do to mine, and they almost always suggest the higher front. I would probably put a block in the back of mine so its not quite as low, so once again, it does look...

I'm with you Agent51, your explorer looks exactly how I want mine to look. I prefer it to be higher in the front like that too. Don't listen to any of these guys, they don't know what they're talking about! :):chug:

Yeah, I know. Thanks. I was thinkin I wanted them to be a little wider though. I don't know, haven't decided yet. If they will rub I'll definitely stick with the 15x7, I don't want to do any cutting and I hate the sound when it rubs, it doesn't just hurt the truck it hurts me :)

Really? I wouldn't think that 31's would rub. Do they rub a lot when you go into driveways and stuff? I was thinking of getting 32's when I get spindles.

Looks good, I want mine to be a little bit higher in the front, yours looks pretty even. Do you tires rub a lot with the 15x10 wheels? I think I'm going to go with 15x8 so the tires don't stick out too much. Looks good, do you know if it's the same spindle kit for a four door X?

I didn't know that Camburg sold the spindles for newer model explorers. Are they explorer spindles or ranger?

You truck looks awesome, you really got my brain turning now. I hadn't been able to find anyone that had really done much of a lift to their X besides cranking the torsions. Looks very nice, hopefully someday mine will look the same!:eek:

Anyways......thanks for the hint, I already knew how to turn my radio up. It doesn't always cover it up, especially for the people in the back seats, they really can't hear anything that goes on up front b/c its really loud back there. I don't have a picture yet BigBadFred, I'm new in here as...

Anyone out there have the 3" spindle lift for their '96 newer Explorer, I have yet to see one and I'm looking into putting it on mine, wanted to see how it rides, handles, etc.
