The Rev servo did not appear chipped or broken. yes new o rings. Did not notice oval bore. Did look in there for scratches or marring of the sides and saw none. Spring pressure seemed to be working on servo. Yes torqued the band adjustments according to the sticky thread. thanks

never mind, finally found a mirror to use and was able to see a horse shoe clip on the outside of the case side of the wire harness that you pop out. Couldnt see it without it. Anyways, off to get my new harness.
