Steve, I have painted the rotors on my show cars and never had any problems (which are driven regularly not trailer queens). I have painted them black and also painted them silver. Just prepare the surface you want to paint so there is no grease, oil, dirt ect. Spray away, wait till they dry...

There are a number of exhaust manufactures to look into. Such as Magnaflo, Walker(Dynomax), Flowmaster. If you just want a universal replacement you have to do some measuring and get the best fit or you can choose to go single in dual out.

The front are sealed and there is no way to grease them. The rear is oiled by the rear end oil, again no maintence unless they go bad.

On the side of the radio are the spring clips. Just press them in by hand on each side and the radio will slide out through the font of the fce plate.

Quick question, have you tried raising the tilt wheel to the upmost position? do your directionals work?

I'm asuming you have rear disc brakes, Have you checked the emergency brake pads? Or you may have an axel seal that is leaking cousing the eb not to work due to the axel fluid getting the pads.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the 4.6 may be a little to wide for the sport trac engine compartment.

wire harness needs some slack! Take the top cover off the steering column, you will see a white connector with about 4 wires just pull the harness toward you and the problem will be solved. It happened on my truck and never had any problems after that.
