    How close have you been to running out of gas?

    Once I pulled over to check out a baja'ed Ranger that was for sale. shut my 93 Explorer off and got out. It didnt restart. had to push it into the center of the road where it was flat, it fired right up. 19.1 gal at the station.

    Yes they're 4x4 according to the catalog. Haven't used the MOOG. I have two sets of the SPC Bushings, One in my Ex and One in my B2 with 2" Skyjacker springs, turned (drop 1"on front bolt,3/4"second bolt, stock rivet rear) radius arm brackets.

    Tuff Country makes 2-3" drop pivot brackets pn#20813. Specialty Products makes shims up to 3 1/8 degrees. moog has one up to 4 degrees Pn# 5253-07031965

    9" swap

    IMO It depends, how much lift, You can run a 1310 yoke, it may need to be lenghtened. Or you can run a Flange off a t-bird or lincoln and swap to a small pattern 1310 yoke from a 7.5" the latter is what i run, no driveshaft mod was required, will work up to about 5" of lift.

    what muffler sounds good with the 4.0?

    I have a Flowmaster Super 44 on my 93 Ex. 2.5" center, center. 2.5" pipe out of cat,(cut, welded in) It has a turn down behind the rear axle due to the chop and bed. its almost too quiet, cant hear it over the tires unless you on the gas.

    There is less leverage on cut beam brackets. Ground clearance is better, but i'm not sure it outways cost for the average truck. Steering is more manageable also. I haven't had a truck with full drop brackets yet. So....

    Arms are 1.25" 3/8" wall. Mounts incorporate the trans crossmember.

    I have a custom 5" kit, consisting of 4" Superlift Coils,2 1/2" drop brackets, narrowed, cut and turned D44 TTB, skyjacker FA400 Pitman arm, Long 39" radius arms.(best thing I've done).     so I did a Google search on your Superlift springs. They started life as 4" lift springs. Minus sag. Thats roughly 8-9 of total lift. Thats Tall. :)
