Yeah it was a huge mess. I hadn't been as active because I'd finally gotten my trac how I wanted it. I figured it seems time for a big boy truck. Ended up picking up a 2004 F150 that came with a bunch of extras. Feels like driving a house compared to the ST lol.

Just an update, looks like the shipping for the wheels is going to be a LOT. More than I'd be willing to even think of charging anyone. The wheels may be better for someone who's relatively close to my area. 93257 zip code.

Yea I laughed a bit when I saw that's what he was asking for. MadTRAC, definitely recommend doing it. I followed the How-To on mysporttrac that's linked above and everything went perfect! Took about 14 hours total but I'm a notoriously slow worker when I'm doing things for the first time.

You won't be disappointed with the Pioneer shallow mounts. I have one 12'' underneath the back seat and I love it. Really can't even tell that it's a shallow mount. I've had people guess that its 2 10''s back there. Great thread also, I've been sitting on the idea of re-doing my door speakers...

When I bought the truck I think they were 235/70/16 but after my TT/shackles I have 31x10.50x15 which I think is around 265/75/15.

I totally screwed myself by having my exhaust done before getting bigger tires. The guys at the muffler shop routed my tail pipes around my spare tire so a bigger on won't fit under there now. I'm thinking of just chancing it without a spare but I guess I could always just put a front one onto...

Nice man! congrats. Be sure to post pictures. I'm so happy with my results. I still need to do the shocks....a pool party sounded more appealing at the time :D so I only had time to do the lift and now the shocks are sitting on my bench staring at me.

Just a shot in the dark but I would think it's something with your kill switch. I had just an aftermarket alarm system on there when I bought the truck and the kill switch wouldn't turn off when I unlocked the truck with my keyfob so I was stranded more than once, eventually having to disconnect...

Hey guys just to clarify I'm getting ready to replace my door speakers also now that I have my sub and head unit installed. The front and back speakers are both 6x8 correct? Just trying to figure out what I'm going to buy.

Yeah the shocks are next on my list also. I was going to do them at the same time as my shackles but the buddy that was supposed to be helpin me out flaked on me and I didn't have the time to make it a whole day's worth of work to do it myself. I'm curious to see how much the ride quality...

Yeah I just dropped it off at the tire place about an hour ago. I should be looking at a different truck when I come back. I'll have the TT/Shackles on now, 31x10.50x15 tires (coming from 235/70/16) and my Cragar soft 8's put on as well so I'm hoping it turns out well. Pictures should be up tonight!
