I believe my Explorer received the interm fix only, or at least that what the recall status alludes to. My Explorer was already at the Dealership. They didn't know about the stop sell until i tried to buy it. That was at the beginning of June.

I have the capless fuel inlet. My original code dealt with my fuel cap being loose. I tried to change out the fuel cap device but it did not work. I did receive a letter from Ford saying that a small leak in one of the connection can cause the code. If I had to guess it is the vapor return line...
My 442 code was caused by the fuel neck problem. Although I was displaying a different code before the 442.

Ford has issued customer satisfaction program 13N01. This is for the CEL you can get that your fuel cap is undone on your capless system. It also covers a refund for past repairs.

I have the round and flat trailer hook ups with a 2" receiver. My Explorer was built with the trailer package. With the 4x4 option I was given a 3.73 rear end.

Humm, I've never tore into the dash. I can tell you that to remove the stereo you have to take out a good portion of the console. So, you might have a lot of work ahead of you.

Did u take any pressure readings or did you just charge you system with one if those bottles with the gauge ?
You compressor is coming in so at least you have that going for you. It could be the accumulator. It sounds like the gas is not expanding to cool.

WHAT???? IM STILL DEAF FROM THE VIDEO. Good job on the audio. I especially like the bag demo. What impresses me the most is your power management. I'd think a setup like that would suck a battery dry.
