I have an aftermarket alt with an external voltage regulator. All my lights pulsate. What causes lights to pulsate when it comes to alternators? My voltage is consistent, it doesn't fluctuate much at all. The field wire fluctuates a bit, though.

On the stock wiring harness that plugs into the alternator there is a red with green stripe wire and an orange with blue stripe. What are those two wires?

I have a door or two that thinks it's open when it's actually closed. Any quick fix to this? My system doesn't help with this at all. Gotten worse since I put my system in.

What's the stock alt charge voltage? Mine is 13.6-13.8. That's terrible. Are all 3rd gens like that?

I have about 180k on my '03. There is a small oil leak between the engine and transmission where they connect. The dealership said it was just the seal. How much does it cost to replace the seal?
