hmmm...torsion twist and blocks in the rear for you! do a search, check out black magics sport. the only kit i know of includes the blocks and what not.

youre looking for a kit or just muffler? there is a not a flowmaster kit for explorers. for the muffler, just get the correct inlet/outlet size for your truck (mine is single 2.5 in/out), then have a shop custom weld a cat back. like billy said, it will be the same price as a pre-made kit...

i know sears usually has sales with shocks installed for around $40/each. so it sounds good. the ford price rediculous. dont go to the dealer for routine replacemnts like this.

for it to be just as strong as a store bought steel or aluminum rack, i think youre going to need a lot more than $60 worth of copper. the thickness of pipe you would need for it to be able to hold the same weight is not cheap stuff, it would be a lot more than the plumbing/electrical stuff you...

maybe the fenders front to back are throwing you off? (rear wider?) or is the axle not as wide in the back? Ya know, like an optical illusion or something. The back spacing on the wheels should be the same.

im almost certain there is not a kit... a member on here, think he went by "klowns" had a custom turbo set-up built. search for his username and maybe you'll find some info. he hasnt been on in awhile. i think i heard he rolled or wrecked his explorer? not too sure.

buy a muffler of your choice, take it to a local exhaust shop and have them run new piping. I had a Flowmaster 40 series and new 2.5" piping ran from the cat-back for under $200. Magnaflow is another muffler that a lot of guys use around here. What kind of noise you looking for? Loud? Stock...

yup...my old one hit about 10% of the window...bent and screwed around with the spring for 4 hours and it hit about 15% of the window:rolleyes: . Just buy a whole new arm. Mine is starting to miss again though. I think Im going to rip the hole thing out and seal up the whole when I repaint my hood.
