i was curious as to whether or not the 2010 mustang SVT wheel ( or any SVT wheels for that matter) will fit my 2002 ranger 2wd. the SVT wheel is 18 x 9.5 .

hmmm nvr thought about that. i do believe it needs servicing on the trans. but funds are tight right now. i noticed it only revvs high at about 60% thrttle to full throttle but not any other times.

my 02 4.0 shifts quite high lately, especially when its wide open, about 5300+ sometimes as much as 6000. any ideas on whats causing this? truck is completely stock no rebuilds or mods to anything.

id rather have anice clean sound then anything else. his truck sounds terrible so i ll keep my cats.

i drive an 02 ranger 4.0,2wd. i would like a dual rear exit exhaust (personal preference) i know brands like gibson, magnaflow and others make a bolt on kit what brands wouldyou guys recommend ? and would it be easier to buy new mufflers and do my own piping?

heyy i want to put an 18 or 19 inch wheel on my 2wd ranger. its got 15x7's now and i was thinking 8 or 9 inch wide on the new ones. whats the biggest i can go without fender mods? i dont undderstand the offset caculator either. also, FYI the truck is going to be lowered approx. 2 " from stock...

yes i know it will be alot of work involved whther i leave the motor fairly stock or not as well as tuning. it is 2wd and trans wise probably stay with the auto but upgrade it. afriend of mine has an explorer with an auto that he has upgraded and it shifts really nicely with the poiwer upgrades...

ya i was thinking 5-7 psi at first and at most 10 down the road. just gotta figure out how i want everything. what would u guys recommend suspension wise to handle that power, i have upgraded the stock sway bar to 1" in the front and i had no rear bars so i have some now.

i have an 02 ranger with the 4.0, i would like it to handle great as well as at least 375 whp. what would you guys suggest i upgrade or mod to achieve this goal??? any advice is appreciated

yes it is a lil better this week, going to get the full tune up very soon too. im getting about 16ish now possibly more with the tuneup and hings to come.

ya i was planing on upgrading the plugs, ill give the tires pressure a try. thx .

well i do mostly highway driving and only a smal amou of around town andi get 15 max.

ya i only bought it in may, but i do have synthetic oil in it, i thoughht about the fan, was also thinking a new air intake maybe.

XLT :its a 2wd and the 4.0 only came auto that year from the factory its stock . as for codes idk the check engine light isnt on. MACHGIRL: i know its no 4 cylinder, i just wish i got even 18 mpg but it barely gets 14-15
