Nice install! I recently started removing my system out. I had the 10K via itx board, opus 150 ps, and hard drive mounted under the center console. GPS and bluetooth antenna in the dash. I put the screen in the radio bezel and moved the hu to the ac controls.

You can pop the inboard wheel bearings out with a brass punch and set them with a large socket and a hammer. You can always take them into a machine shop and have them removed/pressed when they turn the rotors for a brake job.

Wow, I had to hack the control arm off with an angle grinder. The new arm went in a lot easier though.

I'm having the same intermittant problem. I have to use the key to open the hatch sometimes. I think the actuator is binding in mine. I haven't gotten around to popping the cover though.

The HVAC opening is almost DIN sized. You can get it to fit height and width wise without a problem but the depth is too shallow. I'm going to need to make some spacers to get the HU out far enough. Here's the back of the HU bottomed out on the ducts.

Here's a test fit of what I have. The screen housing / bezel is nearly done. I have to finish the opening for the HU and finish prepping for paint.

This was the original location of the touch screen. As you can see, it's blocks my view of the right and it is also not too stealthy.

The metal frame is what used to hold the blower and ducts for the center console. I made an acrylic bottom plate that holds the MoBo. The power supply and the hard drive are mounted on the metal console frame.
