Keep us updated on what you find out. I'm working on the same problem. All 3 O2 sensors show 0.000 volts and both short/long term fuel trims are at -100.6%. No check engine light, no stored codes. 10-12 mpg hwy.

Drove about 70 miles today with the "new" used PCM and all seems to be good.

You can find what the codes mean here May want to double check the 537 code, I don't see it listed in the link or in my manual. It will help people to help you if you describe what kind of problems your explorer is exhibiting.

I'm in... Before the trip I need to do a little bit of work... pull my f150 spacers from the front end. Driving (more like wondering) around with < 2 degrees of caster sucks. And space the radius arms forward so my tires clear better. I should be ready by the second weekend (June 9th).

Well.. looks like i've got a little bit of work to do before the run. Steering box developed a respectable leak in just a days time this weekend. Only 110k and I just resealed it this time last year :rolleyes: Barely driven it 5k in that time.
