I know I have to sound like half an idiot for making this moronic thread, but I do know how to set the cruise, and it is not working. If I press the on and then set button, the green indicator light on the dash comes on, but as soon as I let off the throttle, it loses speed. Cruise does not...

take a look at the manufacturer's specs on each of the tires you like. they ALL have 'different than advertised' actual dimensions. you'll see what i mean, here: (look at the outside diameter, and the section width...which also factors on rim width too)...

The angles of the shocks on my front end are now off by a few degrees. When the wheels are cranked all the way to one side the shock boot rubs a little. If it is not too much of a project, go for new radius arms, I'll bet you could get them pretty cheap at a junkyard.
