Bought a new FOB, programmed it and it worked! Must of had some corrosion in the FOB contact switches on my old ones. It cost me less than $10.

Thanks for the input. Turns out my new fuel pump, although making noises, was not really pumping fuel. Bought an entire assembly and she is up and running now.

I have a 2000 XLT that won't let me unlock the car using the key fob. I can lock it though. I tried reprogramming, but it did not change the status of the fob. It has the same problem with both my fob's. The keypad works fine. Anybody have any ideas?
