Do you know where I can get 4.56's for the front ifs d35? I have been looking around (a lot...) and I have found a lot of places that have 4.10's for the ifs d35. I've also found some 4.56's but I'm not sure if they are for the CV style d35 or the ttb... Are the gears for the two interchangeable?

I have a 95 Limited with auto ride control. When I put it in four low, the really expensive auto ride shocks ($250 a piece) 'air' up and lift my Explorer two inches. The reason I am asking is because the dealership wants $750 to replace my two front shocks. And since only Ford manufactures...

I have a 95 Limited and have been looking really hard at the auto ride cause I need new front shocks and the dealer wants $750! So yeah. As far as I know, the auto ride raises your Explorer two inches when you put it in four low. It takes a couple of minutes for the shocks to finish but...

Thanks! One more question. I just took it in to get the front shocks replaced, and they said it would be $550 in parts alone. That is for 2 shock absorbers that work with the automatic ride control. Is there anywhere I can buy those cheaper? I really don't want to spend $700 on OEM shocks...

Question: I just got a Chilton's Manual for Explorers, and it said before you jack an Explorer with Automatic Ride Control off the ground, you need to turn the ARC off with the ARC service switch. Where is this switch?

Question: With a little bit of work on the rear torsion bar bracket the '98-00 Trailmaster 4" lift will fit a '95 Explorer, right? Also with four inches, do I need to do any extra mods so that my rig will run? Like, CV Joints, driveshafts, Slip-yoke? Also, if I wanted to stick 33x12.5R15...

I am about to get new tires, 31x10.50R15 on my 1995 stock Limited. First, do you think rubbing will be a problem since it is a Limited? Also, I want to get a full size spare, if not just a fifth wheel and tire to rotate in and out... but I was wondering if the 31's will fit underneath the rear...
