I have a 2nd gen 1999 explorer, but the dude I bought it from took out the entire center console. Can I use a center console from any 2nd gen explorer?

I'm planning on doing both a 3 inch body lift and a Torrsion twist/shackle combination for around 5 inches of lift. Which would be better to do first? I was thinking TT and shackles, since it would be easiest.
