Just got the explorer back from the shop with the new exhaust setup. MBRP dual 2.25" inlet single 3" outlet ran to the rear bumper. I haven't found an exhaust tip of my likings yet... Anyone know where to get a 3" inlet black exhaust tip?

No, a v6 transfercase will not work. I suggest swapping your current transfercase to a manual shift brog Warner 4406 from a f-150. There are many write ups just type it in the search box.
