Dana 20 t case swap is easy and no slip yoke. 5.5" coils will be huge.

I used the early bronco ZF adapter. With a 1/2" spacer. Modified an old np205 shifter to work. The vss plugged right into the speedo hole on the Dana 20.

Drove it to truck haven. Wheeled the piss outta it, drove it home... Id say successful!

Was getting some death wobble.fixed it by putting a bearing on steering shaft bolted to firewall. Started driving it around town and had tons of play in my steering.adjusted box 1/4 turn and it didnt do anything. Started moving shaft and watching pitman arm. Got over 2 full turns on adjuster...

It is the upgrade to trans from the ford engineer that designed it.

Don't buy a shift kit.do the j mod with the upgraded Pistons. Just did mine.works awesome!

Just finished jmod on trans. Pretty much done with the SAS. Just got to order drive shafts.

Been chipping away at this thing. The finish line is in sight! Got frame sleeved and plated for 79' bronco box. Dana 20 is in and shifting,got shocks and steering figured out, bobbed rear quarters,brakes are done just need caliper lines,just got trac bar and order drive shafts.
