    I was able to sync my Samsung Galaxy S21 to my 2013 Ford Explorer and it worked for a couple of months. Now my phone is no longer recognized, nor is my wife's phone which is the exact same one as mine. Tried syncing my phone in my Ford Van and it works perfectly. Samsung support cannot help...

    Mountaineer radio volume problem

    Hi, We own a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer. When we try to adjust the volume on the radio it becomes extremely loud. Seems the volume cannot be adjusted unless we use the steering wheel radio control button. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a fix for this? Thanks.
