Is the stiffer sidewall and extra ply of the 10-ply worth getting? I'm leaning towards getting 6-ply passenger tires since they are cheaper and provide a better ride. The 10-ply seems like it'd be overkill for an Explorer that tows a 4500 lb trailer occasionally.
