I just did this on my 89 B2. I was able to order a complete hardware kit from www.dufftuff.com. Maybe you could check with them.

Fiberglass came from the local hardware store. No cloth used. Just poured the resin directly onto the headliner board. Used 3M spray for the foam and material.

Recovered Back in!!!
