i have 2 99 explorer xlt 4.0 sohc 4wd one has dual exhaust off the engine back to a big muffler single out to a resonastor other has a y pipe up close to engine single back to a small muffler to tail pipe any differences between the 2?

on my 2000 explorer 4.0sohc auto 4wd ... is there a way to ck the transfer case b4 installing it? the one i have in is jumping and clunking in the snow causing me to fishtail at times ` i have another case out loose that i was thinking about putting in but wasv wanting to see if theres a way...

i bypassed mine by getting a chip from moates and puting a tune into it which included pats disable i had to replace my ecm due to burning up the pin that supplies 12volt power to the keep alive memory circut

so my air ride does not seem, to be functioning correctly i have all 4 new air shocks from ford,i hear the air compressor kick on and run for a few seconds and cut off.it seems to sit low and has the front wheels leaning in like a lowered honda. what shud i ck ? i can apply air to the lines...

i have new wrangler 235-75-15 tires,yes the front shaft is installed. in a foot of snow when i get stuck both rear wheels spin while the fronts do nothing. i dont beat on it and dogg it out,i avg 16-17 mpg all the searching i did all i cud find was something about putting it in park and see if...

on my 98 explorer limited 5.0 awd ,i tend to get stuck in the snow alot...front wheels dont asist me any.new tires all the way around.when i put it in park it doesnt roll.so what can i check or need to replace to fix my problem thanks mike

my eec in my 2000 explorer burned the kamrf pin on the eec...still runs and drives fine i just get a code for no kamrf . when i replace the eec will i need to have it reprogramed for the pats? i am going with the same lxd1 catch code from another explorer mike
