    please help troubleshoot cel/rough run

    2000 Explorer, 4.0L EFI-OHV with 140k. Very rough running, CEL on and poor acceleration. 1) replaced spark plug wires and 3 year old Bosch plugs with new bosch plugs (I know, I know....bosch aren't good for Fords). On two of 6 plugs, the lower electrode and insulators were totally GONE...
