auto lock portion of pats Does the auto lock part referenced in the first page of the sticky reference to the car will automatically lock itself after a set time with key OUT? I understand there is an auto lock setup in the console so that it auto locks when you hit i think like five miles...

Dont think thats it. It will do it even if i dont have the fob with me (just the key). I also thought i read somewhere the that with the PATS keys, the vehicle wouldnt lock with the key in the vehicle. Mine does :( Think I'll just make an appt at the dealership

All of a sudden my 2005 explorer xlt is starting to lock itself. I will turn it off and get out and I hear like a double cycling of the locks tailgate and they're all locked Is this a battery issue or something more?
