Has anyone had broken exhaust manifold studs on the rear on a Sport? I had one broken and have a warped manifold, so attempting to install a new one. Still don’t have the manifold out, but wondering how others got the broken studs out.

I cannot get this nut off the down pipe. Any suggestions? I was going to drop the motor a bit, but the coolant lines are in the way of the nuts. I’m pulling the turbo to replace it and can’t get it out.

My auto lock and unlock are not working. Auto Unlock is enabled along with everything else. Auto lock is grayed out and cannot select it.

I'm thinking of trying to locate the parts needed to install Fordpass in my 16 Sport. I do have Sync 3 installed. Has anyone here added Fordpass to vehicles that don't come with it? I searched and didn't find anything. I've found a guy on the F-150 forums that has done the upgrade.

Anyone give the sync 3 kits on Amazon/ebay a shot? I put one I found on Amazon in a friends 2013 Lincoln MKX and it works great. Tried to search and didn’t see anyone else using them.

my cousins husband asked me about this today. He said he went to start his 2018 Explorer and it said deep sleep mode and wouldn’t start. Had it towed to the dealer. Anyone know anything about this? I’ve personally never heard of it.

I have a 14 limited and compared my abd with a 13 limited. Does the 13 come with a fuel economy gauge on the left cluster screen?

If I put my non nav apim in an Explorer with Nav and run an update on my apim for the vehicle with Nav would it update my apim to that vehicle and add Nav and swap back into my Explorer? My apim is also on 3.8 already.

I purchased a 2014 Explorer Limited and I'm adding the tow package. I have the receiver, tow button, trim panel and wiring harness ordered and I'm looking into adding the factory oil cooler. Having some trouble figuring out what all I need to add the factory cooler. Any hep would be appreciated.
