When I use the heat in the SUV, I hear a clicking sound when I turn the dial to hot. Hot air does not come until I turn the fan full blast then clicking turns into a big thud followed by a rush of hot air. What is the issue and is it cheap and easy to fix? Video:

I just ran a code scanner and a error code that came up is p0453. Which is the Evap emission system pressure sensor/switch high, does that have anything to do with the gas tank or filler neck? And is it hard to fix the issues?
