Worked! I feel stupid now but it doesn't hurt to have a new motor.

I will try that and let you know if it works and if it does well it was probably for the best anyways my old motor was old and never got used and I'm moving to Washington on Monday so I'm gonna need them.

New yolk slipped on perfectly no hassle so some how the old yolk was bad but the old yolk splines where clean so maybe they where bent or twisted some how.
