    I have a 98 Explorer XLT with 4x4. When you turn the switch to 4HI, the light on the dash comes on saying 4HI. When you turn from 4HI to 4LO, the 4HI light stays on. When you turn from Auto to 4LO without pausing at the 4HI, no lights come on. The 4x4 doesn't work throughout the whole thing...
