We have had our 2020 ST for about a year and half and are generally pleased. There's been a couple of issues along the way, mostly fixed by the dealer. The most glaring issue has been the SYNC 3 fiasco where they messed up the TravelLink ... and then took months to fix it. Really poor...

Found it on the owner site as I have had the wifi/auto update function disabled. Cyan's 21194 has been OK, but I really feel better being legit!! After install, I'll even take a chance and re-enable wifi/auto update. Hopefully Ford has learned a few lessons from this mess. Ken

Saw this on CarFax after receiving an email "warning". I checked the NTSB site and there's no mention, and when I plugged my VIN into the recall checker on the Ford Owner site came up indicated "None." Anyone familiar with this? I'm curious because I've been noticing a very faint "chugging"...

Mine did this several times on 21020, but I have not seen this issue since downgrading to 20282. I fuund this whole mess particularly interesting since Ford has been bragging about their OTA updates for the new F-150, Mach-E and, I think, Bronco. Sure as heck hope it works better than this one...
