Had the recall 19E02 for catalyst inefficiency, reprogram ECU for CEL, P0402. Took to Ford of Dalton, GA as this was the closest to our home, 12 miles. They did the recall and surprisingly replaced both manifold cats under the warranty with 148K on the clock.
