    Convert into a trailer

so J_C, if I do need it what part would I need to cut it at. I'm not saying its a bad idea but I'm just going to scrap and part the car individually rather then selling all of it. Unless you want to buy the body/chassis.

    Mystery Marvin

Post #4 The end all things As a struggling college student, there will be things that you will not be ok with. Things that will cost you an arm and a leg if you did want to fix them yourself. This explains my Marvin, off to another owner and with a for sale sign on him, he’s looking for a new...

    Modified shift lever

Stop me if you have heard this one before. Has anyone on this entire forum been crazy enough to modify their transmission shift lever? I would like to but the size would not be accurate. My thought would be to put a Pokemon ball on for looks and not for the the actual function of the car. Is...

    Mystery Marvin

Thanks for telling me that. Now I know your area of expertise is at. For the truck itself, its a good process. I already knew that I had to use a welder to make the rest of this come true. I use soldering when it comes to wire work and circuit boards. I would not advise any DIYER to solder...

    Mystery Marvin

UPDATE: Through out the weekend I have been hitting it hard on my metal work. Sanding and cutting with my new tool is very pleasing and challanging at the same time. I bought an angle grinder, heat gun, a mini drill like a dremel and a soldering kit. These were all the things that I needed to...

    Brake job

Huh. Well now that you say that might be safe to tow it to a mechanic. I do have a torque wrench that I bought recently to grow my arsenal. Might as well ask the shop who is willing to work on the brakes to also get the shoes (tires) as well.

    Mystery Marvin

Mystery Marvin - what will happen next? There are numerous names I could call this car. More like, crossover/light truck. I also wanted to call him money pit Marvin after it being a Ford similar to a miata. I don't really have the time or the money to spend on a loan for a nice car. My first...
