have 134k miles on my 99 explorer. what other maintenance jobs can i do besides chaging the oil and filter regularly to make my truck "healthy" again?
im reading all the praises of synthetic oil. should i switch or stick with castrol gtx 10w-30 and fram filters?

i have goodyears mtrs. what pressure should i run these tires on? same wheel/size setup as davids.
*note: one of my tires is wearing faster then the other three. why is that? the wear is localized in the center of the tire.

thanks for all the help.. Im gonna work on it this weekend.. i have my rcas (stinger) wired seperately from the power. so i dont think the rca's are the problem. right now i have my ground connected to the floor where the cargo hooks are. so im thinking that could be a problem. also i have both...
i have upgraded my wires to 4 gauge. both amps are located on the right side of the truck in the cargo area. where would be a good place to put the ground? i have bad speaker whine in my tweets. THanks.

every time i turn my wheel left or right i hear a tickin sound. it doesnt sound good. could it be that my t bars are raised too high? also i had to raise the driver side higher than the passenger side to balance it out. would that be a problem? i dont know...
truck lights
i have installed hella optilux angel eyes in the stock fog light openings, 2 obx driving lights mounted on a custom light bar. and finally silverstars in headlamps.
got my tires today!!! whoo hoo!! 4 MT/R's! now i need some new wheel locks and lug nuts. where can i get some for cheap.. i know wheel locks are like 50 bucks. thanks! another dent in the wallet courtesy of explorerforum.com!
i dont think im gonna do that anymore. if i did that im scared that the subs will get damaged. aslo i think by using that design i will have no cargo space available. with the winter coming up, i'll need that extra space for my snowboarding trips.

here are the specs for the amp.... i believe it says 2 ohm stereo. right?? just making sure.. dont want to make the same mistake twice. My first one was getting a power acoustik amp.. it worked for awhile but it finally gave up..
