this is a bit dangerous and not the best way but the old guy down the street from me uses a propane tank(not lit) and when u get a leak it sucks in the propane and drops the idle. its not the best way but it is effective so try at your own risk

ive used the search function and checked out explorer4x4.com and i cant find any information on shift kits for this trans. my exporer is a 92 so it should be a A4ld right? the only kits i do find are for an AOD or an AODE, would either of these fit my trans?

im going to see the truck tonight btw how much does it cost for a set of new casting heads? do you know if the new castings are reinforced in the weak areas? ty 4 ne advice

i have yet again found another explorer its a 91 2 door EB with a 5-speed has 87000 miles and is for $2,500 my question is if there is any problems related to these transmissions or is there ne problems with the heads? its supposed to have new heads (not sure if rebuilt or new castings)...
