I think making the whole body as smooth as possible would look very slick. The weatherstripping on these exploders stick out quite a bit, particularly around the rear window. Anyone ever smooth/shave weatherstripping? I can't find anything of the kind on the web. I don't want to hurt anything.

Why does my PS fluid keep turning to a nasty color? I've tried filling/turning/pumping out/repeat a bunch, and the fluid I put in is clear.. a few days later it looks like this: the only thing I can think is that the boot on the steering rod is torn. would that cause this?
