Hi yeah I was up that way not to long ago up at a junkyard up there, I needed parts for my jetta. Also My sticker does say 30psi so i set it around 34 and it feels good for now. I guess the explorers suspension setup isnt for a smooth ride!

The RAB are intact and the one is new. I might just get new coils. So whats the verdict, go by what the tire says or what the sticker says?

I have sort of the same problem. My temp guage reads usually around the N or Below it, sometimes it gets up to O or R. I had it at the dealership a while back, and the did a full coolant system overhaul.

I recently replaced my front shocks and the explorer still rides bumpy as hell. the RAB's are still good, the only thing clinking around is the brake pads need anti rattle clips. Any suggestions?

Maybe I just need a new heater core, becuase my whole system was replaced, and flushed except the heater core. Sometimes it does it at a lower rpm then other days. Ill try the method you suggest above thanks again.

fixed it it was a warped rotor against the brake pad after it warmed up, It has to have been becuase when I relaced the rotor it stoped. Thanks for al the help.
