152k on ours... I generally have it serviced every 30k miles... Hoping that helps it last. Works fine with the original transmission and tows a heavy boat frequently in the summer.

Ok good - I haven't rotated anything with the chains off (but the cams did move...). I adjusted the chains this morning so that the colored links lined up to the timing marks and one chain was a link off! Good thing I didn't try to start it! The engine seems to turn better by hand now... Sure...

Thanks for the input - I did try turning mine with the breaker bar and it turns, but does seem to bind (or get harder to turn) every once in awhile. I'm working on it this morning, so will certainly go check and adjust the marks on the chains to the proper timing spots. I'll try the 12:00...
