IN all gears but 4th my transmission makes a loud ticking sound that varies with rpm. what is going on?

oh well i got it. the o ring that came with the slave cylinder was too big i just replaced it with the old one and snap....

mine has a 40 series welded into the stock pipe its sounds decent. nothing compared to my cobra with bassani. but it sounds like a truck. so im not complaining.

In the clutch system which is more likely to fail the master cylinder or the slave cylinder? how can you tell which on failed??

My clutch pressur keeps going away. every night for the last 4 i have had to bleed the clutch each morning for it to work. it is really starting to annoy me! it has also been really cold (15-25) each night could that have anything to do with it??

I have had problem with the Abs light on my cobra. when we had that snow a few weeks ago it came on. the when it warmed up again (to 70 degrees gotta love oklahoma) it went off and hasent come back on since.:burnout:

I cant seem to figure out why my idle is so bad. the truck drives fine and when at speed and put in neutral the idle is ok. Ok... my 94 xlt 5spd is having idle problems. when idleing the rpms will drop 500 the bounce right back. somtimes they drop out all the way until the engine stalls the will suge back to life. Also it started to do it on acceleration. around 1500rpm the bottom would drop out then come back...

got it taken care of 6.5 hours and a sore back later though i might add. Went pretty easly except for breaking all three downpipe to cat-converter bolts!! I just drilled them out and added new studes no worries....... thanks for the advice!

yeah is just revs high and no movement. what do you recomend changing just the clutch disk or what???

Ok.... when under acceleration, the engine rpm will go up but the car seems to lag in the speed department. its seems maybe the cluch slips on initial engagement. speed will eventually catch up after a few seconds. any ideas?

I know what it is, but my connector is broken on a 94 XLT 5 spd. is it worth replacing it all. or just plug up the line or connect it directly to the carbon cannister?

i have a 31x10.50 in the spare and it fits fine. didnt need to bend anything but i did use the stock rim.
