Just pop the glass out with a thin blade knife, like a butter knife. The bulb will be right under the glass. It's kind of a pain to get the glass out, but it will just pop out.

silicone spray Apply the spray to a soft cloth and wipe it onto the seals. I don't think the overspray would hurt anything,but why chance it. Good luck!

Water leak try a good silicone spray on the seals. I had a similar problem w/the seals you mentioned, and the seals had compressed. Silicone spray will revive the seals and should stop the leak. Good luck!
