I have a 5.0 V8 engine. Can anyone tell me does the KKM Air Filter kit improve the gas mileage any? I have looked at the K&N filter kit and with the cost it would really have to improve the gas mileage. The KKM is around $100.00, which would not be to bad if it increases fuel mileage.
