    Custom intake i built today

The welding was the easy part, the designing and fab took a little time. Total from design to install i have like 5 hours, i could reproduce it in two or three now since the hard part is done.

    Custom intake i built today

Actually the entire inside is also polished, and the angled pipe never loses its true diameter. Sectioning pipe has been really popular in Japan in cars and motorclcles.

    Custom intake i built today

So i thought it was hard getting speed parts for an X....Well there is even less out there for my new Axiom. So..... i built one, i built a high flow intake, i made the tube from 3" 304 stainless seemless tubing, and bought the couplers, and cone filter from a local speed shop. I decided to...

Bypass harness doesn't fit - PICS INCLUDED

I had this same problem trying to bypass my stock amp. I ended up taking my X to Car toys and paying them $25 to make a plug that fit. Them basically hard wired a loop where the bypass plugs would go. Worked like a charm though.

    Chrome 20"

I am selling some 18s on the for sale forum, also is your truck a 4x4 or 2? If it is a 4x4 you will need to buy a large center bore wheel or have the centers machined out of your new wheels to fit around your hubs. Check out my wheels, if intrested make me an offer.

    Shut up and get creative!!

You know i am really getting tired of people pissing and moaning that no one makes parts, body kits, bumpers, hoods, roll pans and whatever else for an X. The number one reason i enjoy being a sport truck enthusiast is being creative enough to modify existing parts or make my own parts for my...

    anyboby lower an awd 5.0?

I lowered my 97 1.5" in the front to match the bad ass sag i had giong on. I left mine on the ground to get a true ride height measurement. Great results, X handles much better and with less body roll. Go for it.

you have to see this explorer

Custom??? Hartman, did you talk to this guy about his bumper? Because if you did he is full of $hit. This bumper is nothing more than a bumper cover for a Ranger. Avaible from a # of aftermarket shop for around 3 bills. People seem to forget that rangers and Xs used to be exactly the same...

    official roll pan thread

To answer your ?, yes the 97 F150 pan would work as a starting point. I do not believe it matters which one you use, and yes they are avaiable without plate cut outs. Just keep in mind that a LOT of work will need to be done to make one of these fit correctly. I personally will wait a little...
