OK so I got the truck back on 1/31/12 and the SAS part is done.... still need to do some finishes on its. It needs a steering stabilizer, the full time 4wd system with a limited slip diff in it, it pulls like having a locker on it even when its not in 4wd, so it's going to get manual locking...

Hello, doing a SAS right now on my 2wd 98 Sport, the manual trans tail section is different on the 4wd (bolts to the transfer-case) the out put shaft is about 3" longer on the 4wd and so when I got ready for the swap I needed a new tail section for the transmission new out put shaft and a BW...

But this would be true of the off-set rims I have also right, I got 3 and 3/4" back spacing on the rims when I ordered them to help with as much room as I could get... Hello, I am doing a solid axle swap right now and went with 4.88's front and rear, I have a fab shop doing the work... I have a ARB locker in the rear already, dose this mean I will have to notch the pin, or grind the gears? or is this just with the stock carrier?

I sent some of the links to the fab shop... at least I know were to cut the case now, Thanks again and I hope this thing works out in a daily driver....
