the brown wire is a wire that runs to the transfer case, when you get rear wheel slipage, a signal is sent down the brown wire and the transfer case engages. some people cut this wire and put in a switch and a relay. in doing so you can stop the transfer case from engaging on its own. I did it...

I just did a muffler swap on mine. Cost me roughly $80 and I had the rear cat removed.

I also forgot to mention, this was custom built. The bed is also a giant air tank. Well in the parade i wasnt going very fast at all. But, before and after i got up to 40, and it pulled very nicely, I was quite suprised. I do have the V8 and all so that did help out. :D

ok, imagine that trailer, with 6 55 gallon drums cut in half, full of ice and pop, and a big container full of 150-200 gallons of water. pulled it in the 4th of july parade the past 3 years. gonna do it again this year, ill get more pics

You can get up to 3" of lift with custom coilsprings from www.coilsprings.com and its cheap. im not sure there is a quick lift for the 3rd gens yet.
