    i turned the modulator in and drove it again today, it didn't really get any better. so i'm gonna just wait and see if the bank can get my money back for now

    he said they put a new torque converter, new pump, and new clutches and seals i loaded the engine in gear again today, if you power brake it, it will go up to 3600rpms and not even try to spin a tire i filed a credit dispute today so hopefully they can get my money back i'm gonna check...

    that was before he started working on it, i still had 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, just no over drive and lazy shifts

    no to mention when i brought it to him i still had 1st and 2nd and i did a big smokey burnout power braking it right before i brought it to him.

    if thats the case its probably gonna come down to me getting a lawyer to get them to fix it. they keep blaming the problems on everything but the transmission

    the guy said he put an adjustable modulator in it. idk why he just didn't put the right one in, but i am hoping that the slipping will be taken care of with adjusting the modulator. the chirping still worries me

    A guy at work was getting ready to scrap a bronco II with manual hubs, so i got the hubs off of it real quick before he took it in with they fit an explorer? anyone with a spare explorer hub laying around can you count the splines for me?

    why not cut to the chase, is the fuel pump getting power?? and for ***** and giggles see if you have any spark when you crank it, some vehicles will cut the power to the fuel pump if there is an ignition failure

    i just put a new radiator and 195 stat in and it does the same thing i think a lot of it is just the gauge not being very accurate before i replaced the rad and stat, the gauge would go over to the "L" then fall back down to before the "N" lol I'm been meaning to buy a cheap aftermarket...

    the pump comes with no oil, how much does it take? I read the napa sheet but i'm not sure how accurate it is it says my explorer takes 2.25lbs but on the sticker on the evap box on my ex it says 1.8lbs the napa sheet says 7.oz of oil anyone know if this is correct? 94xlt

    need advise , compressor replacement 92 ex

    the compressor should cycle on and off when the a/c is running, but it should run for 30 secs to 1 min before it cycles off check out www.rockauto.com they have a new compressor with clutch for 159.00 everytime i order from them i select ground and get next day shipping lol
