    98 sport #10 fuse blowing

    Have read a bunch about fuses / this problem but wondering if someone might have hit on a #1 cause. A couple of weeks back Four fuses went controlling a number of different items.     Shoulder belt tension

    Any way to increase belt tension? My 96 ranger driver belt twists and hangs up every time I unlatch it. The winder tension seems awful weak.
