i always liked the 98 mountaineer front better than the genII explorer. i wanted to do that conversion myself if i got another 2nd gen sport. today im going to look at a 2001 sport 4x4. Only has a idle issue so im most likely going to pick it up. but im deffinitely loving both of those sports.

im lovin it. what % tint do you have and have you gotten any tickets out there in nassau for it?

damn. that was fast. its hard to find a good looking sport around here. mostly all xlt. And the few sports i came across have outrageous prices at the used car lots. i got a good deal on the sport i have now. but even so, the paint is horrible.

figured i'd post a picture of a half ass job that the previous owner did to replace the passenger door lock. they said that the lock doesn't work with the key and that if the power lock is used to lock the door that the alarm would go off upon entering. although manually locking it...

yes you. :D for some reason i thought they were like the black headlight covers. i guess because they look so dark. either way, they look great. i might have to do that to mine while i work on the amber corners. ;) what kind of bulbs are you running behind them?

yea, i called the junkyard to get a scrap one but he wanted 25 for it which might not seem much but i found new ones for 35, so if i do decide to try the oven method i'll just use my stock ones after i get the news one in.
